It's been awhile since I last posted. I don't have many followers yet and I refuse to link this to facebook (not ready for it!) So....I have an idea for this blog. I think I am going to try to post a random act of kindness as often as I can. I was so inspired by this man's attitude towards helping others.
My husband and I played hooky from church Sunday and my mother-in-law was mentioning a few things about the service. She said that Reverend Yow was talking about the number one cause of death each year: loneliness. It struck me as the saddest thing ever! After coming home, I ran across Ryan's amazing blog and thought that I can definitely try to make a difference in someone's life. So......help me to stay focused and keep me accountable!
Ate lunch with a dear friend of mine, Sarah, on Saturday. It was so nice to catch up, not to mention chow down on some yummy Panera. She just officially became a nurse...woo woo! Most of my friends are scattered around North Carolina which makes it pretty easy to meet up. So thankful for this! And for my great friends!
A random post, yes I know. After celebrating the 100th day of school and then stuffing myself full of taco salad, I am having a hard time thinking straight thoughts. Happy Monday!
